Does Decipher VoiceMail display voicemails from blocked callers?

Decipher VoiceMail will show voicemails from blocked callers for backups made with iOS 9 or higher.

The blocked-caller voicemails will appear in Decipher VoiceMail just like other voicemail history, listed by the phone number of the caller, or the caller's name if the caller is in your iPhone's address book history.
