How to Save Photos from an iPhone Backup

To save the all of the camera photos from your iPhone backup:

  1. Select your iPhone backup and then select Camera Roll Gallery.
  2. Press the Save button.
  3. Select a location to save the photos.

To export individual iPhone photos from a backup:

  1. Click on your backup, and then click on Camera Roll Gallery.
  2. Hold the Command key (macOS) or Ctrl key (Windows), and click the photos you want to export from the iPhone backup.
  3. Click the Save button in the upper left corner.
  4. Select a location to save the photos.

To recover iPhone photos from a broken or overwritten backup:

  1. Click on your backup and then click on Camera Roll Recovery.
  2. Click the Save button.
  3. Select a location to export your photos from the iPhone backup.
