My computer died while restoring my phone after update 18.3.1 I had so many problems trying to retrieve data from the corrupt back up made before the update. I was switching from an old iphone to android and really wanted to save my text messages. I reached out on a Sunday with a question and received a reply within minutes!!! Wow! It turned out it was an easy fix. I was able to follow the instructions and had all my messages saved in no time. The nice part is that they are easily accessible on my hard drive. I can attest to the fact that this is a great program and does indeed provide the backup one would need for the text messages for whatever reason. BUT,... more importantly is the promise and delivery of customer service. I was having issues with using the program, not because of anything the company did, I am just extremely technology challenged, and never have been able to help myself with any programs. I sent messages asking for assistance, and the messages were always responded to in an extremely fast timeframe, on weekends as well as evenings! This is truly a wonderful service to have when one needs to get a task done and needs assistance. Kudos to Decipher Tools for living up to their brand promise, and also for providing a service that is needed in todays world... A huge THANK YOU!!!

This software delivers what it promises. The steps to backup your phone before it can do its thing are somewhat clunky, but if you follow the instructions, the results are astounding! Worth every penny! I ended up buying extra licenses for additional phones. I’ve also used the PDFs as attachments in official documentation, which came in VERY handy.

They literally got back to me within hours and helped me recover the data from an old backup I was able to restore using EASEUS. Also they tweaked the installer so I could read the messages using their recovery software. Was skeptical at first but happy I tried this product out. 5/5 on everything.

This is an excellent product with really excellent customer support. It is very user friendly. The only reason I needed customer support was when I got a new laptop and had some issues re-loading it. No issues with the software itself, I just had to update to the newer version and download a new iTunes. But, Decipher customer service was there with me every step of the way...quick replies EVERY time!
They say they are a small company, but they provide more impressive support than many larger companies.

I bought this in 2023 when my ex took me to court over custody. With the need to save text messages as evidence, I knew endless screenshot would be difficult to keep in order and present. I spent $30 and still use it today to save our texts periodically. With the new edit feature, I fear my ex will go back and edit messages to make himself appear better in future court proceedings.

I went to update/save my texts the other day and the program crashed. The next morning I had an email from the company telling me they saw my program crashed and how to fix the problem. I hadn’t reported it. Great customer service if you do have issues.

The only thing I’d critic is the FAQ page is extensive and appears repetitive.

I was having consistent problems with another product. I tried the decipher tools app as an alternative. I had a problem with the initial backup which was unrelated to Decipher Tools, I emailed support, who responded immediately and helped me work through an issue which was related to the iPhone encryption. The help documentation is excellent, The program is simple, quick and it tells you EXACTLY WHAT ITS DOING! which Any Trans does not.
