Background

Both the company founders and the entire Decipher Tools team are experts in iOS backups and managing iPhone data. We started out making apps and helping provide mobile strategy for companies back when the App Store first launched. Over time, we saw the need for better support for iPhone data and backups, which led us to building our own suite of Decipher Tools iPhone programs. Our software products are used worldwide on all continents. Well, except maybe Antarctica! We love our customers and you can read comments from some of them here.

“I can attest to the fact that this is a great program and does indeed provide the backup one would need for the text messages for whatever reason. BUT,... more importantly is the promise and delivery of customer service. I was having issues with using the program, not because of anything the company did, I am just extremely technology challenged, and never have been able to help myself with any programs. I sent messages asking for assistance, and the messages were always responded to in an extremely fast timeframe, on weekends as well as evenings! This is truly a wonderful service to have when one needs to get a task done and needs assistance. Kudos to Decipher Tools for living up to their brand promise, and also for providing a service that is needed in todays world... A huge THANK YOU!!!”

“If you’re anything like me, iCloud isn’t a tool you use because that just means your data is in a server somewhere and if that service shuts down, you’ll never have your precious memories back. I had a problem with my iTunes backup where my phone would go through with the restoration, right up until it had 1 more hour to go. That's when I'd get a message stating that the back was unfortunately corrupt.

Thankfully through my research I found Decipher Tools on Apples own website through an answer to a question someone else had! I did my research on this site and was a little weary at first but had seen that this company had at the very least been in business for 9 years since there's a video on Youtube of someone helping people and showing how the tool works. That was enough for me and seeing all of the other testimonials gave me a little more solace as well. I purchased the tool and got a license code in my email and I was ready to start repairing my backup! At first the backup did not work so I did the advanced repair. Unfortunately for me again the advanced backup failed as well. You would think that this would be the end of my story because usually when asking for help it feels like talking to a void and you may never get a response.

When I tried contacting the team, Kelly Wilkerson (the co-founder) wrote back to me within the hour! She was incredibly helpful and very informative. My problem was not fixed within 1 day but Kelly proceeded to help me over an entire week! I thankfully restored my phone and I just couldn't be more happy that I still have pictures of all my trips, family and even conversations that mean so much to me
