I got so Lucky, I had just about given up on restoring my iPhone 14 max from a corrupt back-up file. I had spent two weeks of fighting and stressing and cursing I talked with apple talk to Microsoft and they had no solution. I came a cross a link pretty much on the last day I'm stressing here an about to give up and just accept my fate. I am absolutely thankful that this exists, as I hadn't been told by Apple I could upload to the cloud for free to transfer my 214GB backup to icloud for free before swapping my phone for a new one under warranty and relied on my itunes backup, which when I went to restore said was corrupt!!! This tool saved me and I now have my phone back, it did take two attempts, as it wasn't pointed out the size of space required on my c drive needed to do, so I spent the firs 5 hours wasted, but whilst it did take a long time, another 7 horus or so in attempt two, it did work, and for that I am over the moon!!! thanks Scott

Had a broken backup and nothing seemed to help with my issue. Was a bit sceptical about buying this software but man am I glad I did it! Since my problem was a bit difficult it did not work right away but the customer service was amazing! This is truly a honest opinion. I tried over and over to recover my daughter's phone. I did a normal backup and restore. The restore failed over and over. I tired multiple methods. Jumped into a pool with my iPhone 11pro in my pocket which drowned it dead. Took the occasion to upgrade to a 14 pro. However, when I went to restore, it said the backup was corrupted. The only other backup I had was from 2 1/2 years ago with a 6 plus which did work but was obviously missing a lot of photos. Decipher didn't work on the first run but the advanced tools worked (had to delete one file additional file). Now, I've got everything back. Just need to figure out how to get my Apple Watch paired and the fitness data moved over.

If you’re anything like me, iCloud isn’t a tool you use because that just means your data is in a server somewhere and if that service shuts down, you’ll never have your precious memories back. I had a problem with my iTunes backup where my phone would go through with the restoration, right up until it had 1 more hour to go. That's when I'd get a message stating that the back was unfortunately corrupt.

Thankfully through my research I found Decipher Tools on Apples own website through an answer to a question someone else had! I did my research on this site and was a little weary at first but had seen that this company had at the very least been in business for 9 years since there's a video on Youtube of someone helping people and showing how the tool works. That was enough for me and seeing all of the other testimonials gave me a little more solace as well. I purchased the tool and got a license code in my email and I was ready to start repairing my backup! At first the backup did not work so I did the advanced repair. Unfortunately for me again the advanced backup failed as well. You would think that this would be the end of my story because usually when asking for help it feels like talking to a void and you may never get a response.

Unbelievable software, was able to recover a corrupted backup with hundreds of photos, chats, and contacts. The website and software may appear slightly dated, however, the service is absolutely world class. I rushed into the payment process as I was terrified about having potentially lost years of memories however it was completely safe and honestly, it was perhaps the best 30 bucks I've ever spent. I honestly cannot believe that this program worked. I have tried various other programs that offer the same data recovery and repair and they always have a caveat. This actually repaired a broken restore file after updating to iOS 18 and I was unable to retain any of my photos or messages. I don't use iCloud because I prefer local storage. I backed up my phone prior to the updated and I was devastated when the update failed and I had to set my phone up as a new device. I tried to restore from the backup I made and iTunes would not complete the restore even after copying the restore file to multiple computers. Thank you so much!
