It works! It just works exactly as it's supposed to. If only FB could get their data download to work as well! And after not using for over a year, I get the software update for no charge and it just keeps on going. So impressed with this software.

Facebook is such a poorly designed and frustrating tool and I purchased Decipher Messenger Export so I could save an important conversation with a new client as a PDF in my computer client folders.

Whilst the instructions looked very clear - the Facebook navigation and behaviour did not match the instructions and only part of the conversation was downloaded.

There are two parts to my positive feedback. Firstly - the technical support was very prompt, immediately understood the issue and gave clear directions on how to navigate through Facebook's horrid and inconsistent interface. And secondly - once we had the data extracted - the tool worked perfectly and the presentation of the product is terrific.

I'll definitely keep using this product and I very much value the promptness and commitment of the technical support.

This product rocks!!!! The ridiculous lack of capable tools in Facebook and Messenger natively made me look for a solution to export my messenger history. Deciper Tools absolutely did the trick and would strongly recommend this tool if you have needs for this capability.

I downloaded this app on my MB Pro 2018 & had trouble from the start. Their support team is awesome. Kelly helped me til the end. I switched the app to another newer MB Pro & the app worked the 1st time. Sometimes it’s not the app that’s the problem, but the hardware. Great app, with great support.
