After a rough beginning, with the support team's help, I could export and download the Instagram Direct Message conversation. I found the support team very helpful and knowledgeable and the software did what it was supposed to do and I now have the direct message in a PDF format, including all screenshots.

It works exactly as they show. One purchase provides licenses for 2 separate devices.

I installed it on my windows and mac, I was able to export chats multiple times. I had thought after first use that I would need to buy a license add-on everytime I want to export a chat. I think they should make that clear.

The activation wording should say it is to activate on a device, not per chat export.

The instagram chat can be exported in various paper size and can be filtered as well to a certain time and date. It works really well, it is the best tool to export instagram chats.

This is by far the best program to back up your instagram messages. I was truly surprised as to how all the conversations were there, nothing missing. I know have lasting memories of loved ones.
