Although in the end their SW couldn't save my corrupted backup, on which -due to an iOS bug- unencrypted incremental data were added to an originally encrypted file, I received an amazing help by tech support (namely Kelly), who very timely and professionally analysed what had happened to my file by looking at their SW's log and explained to me why their SW couldn't recover from such a dramatic situation. Even though I will have to use an older backup, I have to say that their professionality and competence really helped me understanding what happened and learning what to do in the future. Perfect! My iPhone was damaged and I had to install my iMazing backup on the new one. The restore failed "backup is corrupted", so I googled an found Decipher Tools. I bought it and it started to repair my backup and displayed a success message. I was unable to find the repaired backup for restore with iMazing, but with a little help from the guys here everything went straight forward and I successfully restore my iPhone.

Après 2 semaines de tentatives diverses suites à un changement de téléphone j'ai enfin pu réparer ma sauvegarde =) J'ai des photos qui apparaisse grisées sur ma restauration, mais je peux les extraire de la sauvegarde malgré tout. J'ai récupéré mon répertoire, mes notes et l'ensemble de mes données. Je vais veiller à multiplier les sauvegardes, afin de ne pas retomber sur une sauvegarde unique et corrompu. Merci encore

Kelly and the team have been patient with my issue. I did a backup using ITunes and did restore on Dec 25, 2024 but it went terribly losing all my pictures and whatsapp messages. The pictures are priceless and I could barely sleep on that day. The same application for backing up didn't work when restoring which was weird. Went to the phone's customer support and even though they tried everything to support they were limited to restore my pictures. Was searching on the web for long hours and found out a thread about Decipher Tools and decided to buy along with another application which I too paid. Tried Decipher tool but it didn't work the first time, however, the support from Kelly really set the bar and she had provided excellent support and was able to restore my phone, pictures and whatsapp at no time. i could barely get my phone to restart and i had to erase it. When i tried to initially restore it said the backup file was corrupted i spent 48 hours trying to resolve the issue and then i came across decipher backup repair. it took 4 hour but it repaired my file, i lost about a month of text messages but that is a small price to pay to have my phone back up and running.
