If you are having problems with any of our software, we want to help!
Please fill out our support form and contact us explaining the issue you are having as well as the specific Decipher Tools program you purchased. We'll get back to you with assistance to troubleshoot in the issue. If we can't fix the problem, we'll refund you.
In the support email please let us know the following:
- What specific program did you purchase?
- What specific issue or problem are you having with the software?
- Are you on Mac or Windows and what operating system are you running?
