If you are having issues with any of our programs, we’re more than happy to help right away. Please fill out our support form and contact us explaining the issue you are having the specific Decipher Tools program you purchased and we’ll get back to you with assistance to troubleshoot in the issue. If we can’t fix the problem, we’ll refund you.
