I just paid for the software but have not received my license code!

After purchasing any Decipher Tools product, your license code will immediately be sent to you via the email address you provided when purchasing your Decipher Tools software.

If the email containing your license code does not appear in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.

License codes are sent immediately after the purchase completes, however we find that sometimes a customer's email server might take a few minutes to deliver the email. Don't panic! Give it five or ten minutes and if you still haven't received your license code, just drop us a support email and we'll write you back with help and your license code.

If you paid via PayPal, please also check the email account associated with your PayPal account.
Note: PayPal eCheck Payments - Any verified PayPal purchase will be processed immediately and you'll receive a license code right away. If you have purchased via PayPal with an "eCheck" please note that PayPal often places a temporary hold eCheck payments for verification purposes due to their policy.
