Installer Doesn't Open on Windows Vista

If you double-click one of our software installers on Windows Vista, and it appears to do nothing, it may be blocked because it's a file downloaded from the internet. Some versions of Windows Vista have a bug where the information message telling you the file was blocked doesn't appear, making it look like opening the file did nothing.
Right click on the installer MSI file, and click "Unblock" then try running it again. The installer should start up properly now.
